We share it only in these limited circumstances: • Service providers — payment processors (Stripe), telephony and AI providers, hosting providers (Vercel), CRM platforms, email delivery services, and analytics providers, all under contracts that require them to protect your data • Aries Home & Office Service Inc. — our parent company, for shared operations, billing, and customer support • Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights • Business transfers — if Vortex Hagon or Aries is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may transfer to the new owner under the same privacy commitments • With your consent — any other sharing requires your explicit permission International Data Transfers Some of our service providers operate outside Canada, including in the United States. When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure comparable levels of protection through contractual safeguards. By using the Services, you consent to your information being processed in countries where our service providers operate.
