Eligibility to use our platform
Vortex Hagon is designed for trades and blue-collar service providers in Toronto and beyond. You're eligible to use our platform if you operate as an electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or similar contractor. You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid business license or operate as a registered sole proprietor, and agree to comply with all terms. Vortex Hagon reserves the right to verify your eligibility and may restrict access if you violate our acceptable use policy.

Subscription model, payment terms, and performance commissions
Vortex Hagon operates on a transparent subscription model combined with performance commissions. You pay a monthly subscription fee for access to lead generation, CRM, AI receptionist, scheduling, and invoicing tools. Performance commissions align our success with yours, so we earn when you earn. All charges are clear upfront with no hidden fees.

Cancel your subscription anytime
You can cancel your Vortex Hagon subscription at any time without penalty. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Contact our team to process your cancellation request.

When you use Vortex Hagon, you agree to follow these standards. Don't use the platform for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, or anything that damages the service or other users. Keep your account secure and use it only for legitimate trades and blue-collar business operations. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual property rights and content ownership
Vortex Hagon owns all platform software, features, and design. You retain ownership of your business data and content. Neither party may use the other's intellectual property without written permission.
External services and integrations
Vortex Hagon connects with trusted third-party services to power key features like lead delivery, payment processing, and communication tools. When you use Vortex Hagon, you consent to these integrations and agree to comply with each third-party provider's terms of service.
What you should know about Vortex Hagon's accuracy and limits
Vortex Hagon provides lead generation and automation tools to help your business grow. We don't guarantee specific results, and the platform's information and services are provided as-is. You're responsible for verifying all leads and data before acting on them.
Vortex Hagon's liability is limited
Vortex Hagon provides the platform and services on an 'as-is' basis. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the platform, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your remedy is limited to the fees you've paid.
You agree to protect Vortex Hagon from claims
By using Vortex Hagon, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vortex Hagon from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Governed by the laws of Ontario
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
